Do not go where the wildlings creep
When the night is dark and the forest deep.
Do not walk the paths they tread -
Ones they mark with the stench of dread..
Do not sing a wildling’s song
When the sun is low and shadows long.
Do not watch a wildling dance
No, do not look and do not glance.
Do not give a wildling your name
Or where you live and why you came.
Do not enter their lair alone,
For then, they’ll take you for one of their own.
